Rapid Geomorphological Hazards in the Czech Republic

In general, the Czech Republic belongs among those Central European countries which are less subject to rapid geomorphological hazards (RGH). On the other hand, dangerous processes and events cause every year significant damage and threat for the health of population. Therefore a lot of effort is devoted to research of natural hazards and risks. This article aims to present of concise regional outline of natural hazards (especially RGH) in the Czech Republic.
