The article sums up the information on the spa in Děčín-Dolní Žleb which was established in 1768 and ceased to exist in 1922. The spa's location is examined in contest with the Děčín Thermal Zone as it is known today. The decrease of output and temperature of the healing water probably results from tectonic uplifts that largely influence the ground water circulation.
