A Contribution to the Problem of Reliability of the Davisian Geomorphological Cycle Theory
Since about the last two decades the majority of Czech geomorphologists is taking a negative standpoint towards the theory of W. M. Davis (2) of the geomorphological cycle. The aim of the present article is to show that such a standpoint has an unfavorable impact on the geomorphological research.
