Basic Types of Rivers in the Labe Drainage Area
The paper describes the basic types of rivers and watersheds whose features manifest themselves markedly in the river system of the Czech part of the river Labe. The types are demonstrated on four rivers with reference to possibilities of application in other regions. The significance of the differentiation of the types was shown on practical water engineering tasks.
