This paper is a summarization of the results and conclusions of the thesis submitted by the author at the Department of Economic and Regional Geography at the Faculty of Natural Sciences of the Charles University, Prague. It concerns a valuation of selected regional processes in the hinterland of the Plzeň seat-regional agglomeration.
