Direct Connections in the Railway Passenger Transport in the Czech Socialist Republic (compared to international data)
The topic of the study is the evolution of direct connections in the passenger railway transport network in the Czech Socialist Republic during the time period from 1960 to 1985, and the comparison of the contemporary situation in the German Democratic Republic and in Hungary on an equivalent junction level. For connection matrices analysis the basic statistical methods were used, i.e. the β - index, the shortest way matrix and the number of the junction achievement.
