The XVIth Congress of Czechoslovak Geographers

The XVIth Congress of Czechoslovak Geographers was held in Čelákovice near Praha from 2 to 6 July, 1984. Some 308 geographers took part in it including 32 participants from abroad. Professor dr. Václav Král, DrSc., became the new president of the new Committee of the Czechoslovak Geographical Society.
