Didactic transformation, the chief method of the didactics ot geography
The author describes a modern conception of the didactics of geography which she defines as a social science studying the laws and processes of transformation of geographical knowledge to a common public information. The chief method is the socalled didactic transformation, ie. transformation of scientific konwledge according to the didactic criteria (the purposes and objects of education, scientific knowledge, manner of thinking, proper age, etc.) so that they would become - thanks to numerous schools of different stages - the permanent part of geographical knowledge of the public.
