The geomorphology of andesite rock forms in the Vtáčnik mountain range, Central Slovakia

The paper treats of the morphogenetic characteristic of andesite rocks in the Vtáčnik mountain range, Central Slovakia. Rock outcrops are the relics of Neogene lava flows and buttes, which achieved their present forms as a result of frost weathering and block slides down the sides.
