Professor Häufler died
The outstanding Czech geographer, Professor at the Charles University in Prague Vlastislav Häufler (born 1924), died on November 20, 1985. He was interested above all in human geography, but also in regional geography of Czechoslovakia and foreign countries. He paid a great attention to the popularization of geography, too.
