The development of geography in Czechoslovakia between the two World Wars
The author deals with the development of the Czechoslovak geography from the origin of the Czechoslovak Republic in 1918 till World War II. He pays attention to important geographers and their work, and to the geographical institutes of Czechoslovak universities during that period.
