Classification of quality of groundwater in Europe
At present, different European countries use diverse approaches of classification of the groundwater quality. Polluted groundwater does not stop at state border, so we can now see in European countries efforts to create a unified basic classification of groundwater quality and in the same time to prevent further excessive pollution of water courses.
